Valued passengers of Princess Cruises have revealed what they feel to be the cruise holiday provider’s best Alaska shore excursions.
Princess Cruises announced the winners of its eighth annual Cruise Service Awards celebrating passenger choices for the best shore excursion experiences in Alaska - a way for the Alaska cruise provider to improve its offerings.
Based upon positive feedback from cruise holiday fans, the cream of the crop of over 170 shore excursion options in Alaska have now been selected.
"We had so much wonderful feedback from customers this year that we had a tough time narrowing down our winners," commented Charlie Ball, president of Princess Tours.
Among the top destinations selected was Juneau, where cruise passengers listed their favourite shore excursions as ERA Helicopters’ glacier and dog sled adventure as well as a land and sea photo safari and whale watching.
Other favourite onshore excursions available on Princess Cruise voyages to Alaska include exclusive Alaska fishing and wilderness dining, mountain point snorkelling and a rainforest canopy and zipline expedition in Ketchikan.
Virgin Holidays Cruises are leader's in Caribbean cruises, Mediterranean cruises and cruise & stay holidays.
