P&O Cruises has recruited a third celebrity chef to help develop one of the restaurants onboard the £350 million Azura ship.
Michelin star chef Atul Kochhar will oversee an Indian restaurant on the vessel, joining fellow celebrities Marco Pierre White and Gary Rhodes who already work with the cruise line.
Due to launch in 2010, the Azura will feature 900 cabins with balconies and an exclusive spa.
According to the cruise line’s managing director, Nigel Esdale, the ship is aimed at "sophisticated customers" looking for an "authentic large ship experience".
Furthermore, TV wine buff Olly Smith has been enlisted to help the cruise line in creating a new restaurant and wine bar known as the Glass House.
Vessels currently operated by P&O Cruises include the Oceana, Artemis, Ventura and Oriana.
