Destinations, rather than ships, will be the focus for P&O Cruises new 2009 brochure, TravelMole reports.
According to the cruise commentator, the decision was made to overhaul the cruise line’s main 244-page catalogue for next year following customer feedback.
In the redesigned pamphlet, holidaymakers can search according to ports of call – for example in the Caribbean or Mediterranean– rather than searching for ships.
Also, new destinations will be introduced to next year’s cruises, such as La Spezia in Italy Antwerp in Belgium and the Croatian island of Hvar in Croatia.
Cruise customers will have 182 destinations in a total of 80 countries to choose from in the new P&O Cruises brochure.
P&O Cruises recently announced that a golfing programme would be available onboard its Arcadia, Aurora, Oceana and Ventura ships during the 2008-09 cruise season.
