Rather than churn out cruise news in a rather bland way we've decided to discontinue the news in this format and use our cruise blog to cover any newsworthy events.

Ocean Village is looking to bolster its profile with a television advertising campaign, it has been revealed.
The cruise line will initially focus its campaign on the Granada, Central West and Yorkshire ITV1 regions with a starting budget of £400,000.
In a bid to appeal to the so-called key demographic of 35 to 54 year-old cruisers, the adverts will feature the voice of actress Tamzin Outhwaite and the "distinctive hot colours" of the cruise company’s red and pink logo.
"By focusing on the brand’s signature colours and laid-back, casual style, we’ve aimed to produce an ad that motivates cruise virgins, has a fresh, upbeat feel and is inalienably Ocean Village," commented Gill Haynes, head of marketing at the company.
Mike Greenacre managing director of the Co-operative Travel Group - which is partnering Ocean Village in the ad campaign - added that Ocean Village is "particularly appealing" to people of a younger mindset who shy away from the "full-on formal cruise experience".
