Royal Caribbean International’s hotly anticipated Oasis of the Seas vessel is set to house a state-of-the-art spa and fitness area.
The ship – which launches in November 2009 – will boast a unique Sports Zone, along with a Sea Spa and Fitness Centre, ensuring that passengers are able to maintain their fitness levels, while at the same time enjoying a luxury holiday.
Royal Caribbean International’s president and chief executive Adam Goldstein commented: "We have developed the Pool and Sports Zone and the Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Centre to give our guests even more choices on a unique and memorable Royal Caribbean cruise."
The Oasis of the Seas is the world’s largest cruise ship and spans 16 decks, with enough space to carry 5,400 passengers.
In order to offer guests the "widest array of experiences" the vessel has been divided into a number of "neighbourhoods" – ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
