New Princess vessel taken as redPrincess Cruises has announced that its new liner the Ruby Princess will debut in November 2008 with a stunning Caribbean cruise.

A sister ship to the Emerald and Crown Princess vessels, the Ruby Princess will offer you a range of features, including snack restaurants as part of a spectacular piazza-style atrium and a changing cast of street entertainers.

Those of you preferring a more standard restaurant experience on a stunning cruise holiday can enjoy the Crown Grill seafood and steak restaurant and Sabatini’s Italian trattoria.

Jan Swartz, senior vice-president of customer service and sales at Princess Cruises, said: "The feedback from our passengers is that these new ships are really destinations unto themselves because of their great onboard amenities and features."

He added that the Ruby Princess will provide an unbeatable setting for passengers, with almost 900 staterooms and facilities for those on a family cruise.

Princess Cruises notes that the Caribbean is host to magnificent fish, fowl and plantlife which can be enjoyed by passengers on a cruise and stay holiday.
