Tuesday, April 17th, 2007If you’re planning on booking a cruise holiday to Europe next year, you may be interested in the vessels from NCL Cruises setting sail for the continent from next spring.
Following increased demand for its European itineraries, the firm is renaming its Pride of Hawaii liner as Norwegian Jade, with the ship joining the Gem and Jewel vessels on its voyages from March 2008.
Booking for trips on the Norwegian Gem and Jewel ships will open on April 17th 2007, while you can make reservations on the Norwegian Jade a week later.
Colin Veitch, president and chief executive officer of NCL Cruises, said: "The combination of our new and varied itineraries, the choice of three new sister ships, along with an extended season, will make for an unforgettable freestyle cruising experience for guests who explore Europe with us in 2008."
He added that travellers on a freestyle cruise have the flexibility of exploring the destinations at which the ships stop off without being concerned with arriving back to the ship at a set time for dining.
NCL Cruises’ Pride of Hawaii liner currently includes 12 international restaurants on board, featuring a range of cuisine from France, Asia, Japan and the US, among others.
Virgin Holidays Cruises are leader's in Caribbean cruises, Mediterranean cruises and cruise & stay holidays.
