Holidaymakers wanting to explore the beauty of the western Mediterranean may be interested in a number of cruise holiday itineraries from MSC Cruises.
Passengers can embark on a western Mediterranean cruise on one of five of the company’s vessels, with a host of varied excursions available on the MSC Lirica, MSC Melody, MSC Musica and MSC Sinfonia liners.
Cruise holidays to the region range from three to seven nights and take in a number of countries from Italy, Spain, the Balearic Islands, France, Malta, Monaco and Tunisia.
"Discover the hidden treasures of Sicily, symbolic meeting place between east and west. Lose yourself in Barcelona’s Gothic inspiration, with authentic tapas and exciting flamenco," MSC Cruises reports.
It adds that special cruise offers are available for holidaymakers taking their children on a family cruise break.
Earlier this month, MSC Cruises reported that it will offer guests a choice of over 78 European itineraries during 2008, with these voyages making stops at more than 120 ports of call on their journeys.
Virgin Holidays Cruises are leader's in Caribbean cruises, Mediterranean cruises and cruise & stay holidays.
