Holland America Line Launches Mobile Website

Holland America Line has launched a new mobile version of its website, enabling passengers to access information while on the move.
Speaking earlier this week, Richard Meadows, the company’s executive vice president of marketing, sales and guest programmes, said that the new site would allow customers to access their details using their mobile telephones and "plan a cruise wherever they are".
"More and more people are using mobile devices to get things done when travelling, while waiting in line and at other so-called down times," he explained.
Those who attempt to access Holland America Line’s site from a phone will now be automatically redirected to the site.
Port details and general cruising information will also be available on the new website.
Destinations currently served by the Holland America Line include Alaska, the Asia Pacific, Hawaii and the Panama Canal.
