Holland America Line Launches Excursion E-brochures
Rather than churn out cruise news in a rather bland way we've decided to discontinue the news in this format and use our cruise blog to cover any newsworthy events.

Holland America Line has launched a new shore excursion e-brochure, enabling guests to view "up-to-the-minute, personalised information" online.
Guests will also be able to view excursion information that is relevant to their own itineraries.
Richard D Meadows, the cruise line’s executive vice president of marketing, sales and guest programmes, said that Holland America Line endeavoured to make every guest’s experience as enriching as possible.
"By giving our guests the flexibility of printing an e-brochure with their shore excursion options that is tailored specifically to their cruise itinerary, we are able to present the exact information they need-when they need it," he explained.
He added that the online excursion brochure was also a more environmentally friendly method of communicating with guests.
Meanwhile, Holland America Line last week announced plans to carry out major refurbishment work on five of its ships, including he ms Rotterdam, ms Veendam and ms Ryndam.
