Gastronomical Accolade For P&O Cruises Chef

The executive chef at P&O Cruises has been officially welcomed into an elite epicurean society.
Ravindra Jadhav was inducted into the exclusive La Chaine des Rotisseurs guild earlier this week during a ceremony that took place onboard Pacific Dawn.
Chef Jadvah described himself as "so proud" to become a member of the notable gourmet organisation, describing it as one of the highest honours to which a chef could aspire.
"The induction of our executive chef into the Chaine is an important step in the transformation of the food and wine product onboard P&O Cruises ships," Ann Sherry, chief executive officer of Carnival Australia, commented.
She explained that such transformations have included new restaurants, modern menus and wine lists in addition to special wine lecture sailings.
Dishes served at the event honouring the P&O Cruises chef included coral trout, wagyu beef and king crab and will be introduced fleet-wide in the coming future.
