Windstar Cruises has announced its Wind Star and Wind Surf vessels will be making forays into the Adriatic Sea this season.
The ships are set to explore the Dalmatian Coast on a series of seven-day sailings which will call in at Venice, Italy and Dubrovnik.
"The vibrant cultural scenes, ancient landscapes and sun-drenched beaches create a distinctive experience for Windstar guests," the cruise line enthuses.
On the seven-day cruises from Venice to Dubrovnik passengers will visit ports in Koper, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Split and Korcula.
The cruises from Dubrovnik to Venice will take in the sights of Kotor, Trieste, Ploce, Hvar, Sibenik and Rab.
"Can’t miss" destinations are listed as Split and Dubrovnik, a "treasure trove" of historical architecture and culture.
