Cruise Lines Honoured At Travel Awards

Some of the world’s leading cruse lines, including Royal Caribbean International and P&O Cruises have been recognised at this year’s World Travel Awards.
The awards, which are known as the Oscars of the travel industry, took place in the Caribbean paradise of Turks & Caicos earlier this week.
British favourite P&O Cruises was named as the world’s leading large ship cruise line, with judges clearly impressed by its ability to maintain high levels of quality at all times.
Royal Caribbean International scooped the award for the best cruise line, with Carnival Cruises being named as a leading brand.
Furthermore, Jamaica, with its crystal clear waters and wealth of natural attractions, was named as the world’s most appealing cruise destination, while Dubai scooped the award for the best port.
Other winners on the night included Regent Seven Seas and popular cruise destination St Lucia, which was named as the world’s best honeymoon destination.
