Some of the unique features of the Carnival Dream cruise ship have been highlighted by the company planning to bring her into service next year.
According to Carnival Cruises, the ship will have some of the most elaborate children’s play facilities ever seen on a vessel of this kind, which could help parents find time to unwind while travelling the world.
The main focus of Carnival Dream is to create a genuinely fun atmosphere on board and to this end a live music and café venue with a "bold new concept" has been established.
Accommodation will be top quality throughout the ship and Carnival Cruises expects it to be very popular with families.
Trips around the Mediterranean and across the Atlantic Ocean are scheduled for Carnival Dream in autumn of 2009 and customers keen on making their trips in style can already make reservations.
A report from the Telegraph recently suggested that cruising can be a great way for single travellers to see the world and make new friends.
