If you prefer an invigorating cruise holiday to revive the senses after months of work, you may be interested in the fourth Mind/Body cruise being hosted by Carnival Cruises on its Conquest liner this winter.
Running from December 2nd-9th 2007, the week-long cruise embarks from Galveston Texas with stop offs at Montego Bay, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
On board, you can take advantage of a number of features designed to improve wellbeing and health, including fitness classes, meditation, nutritional workshops and presentations from health experts and trainers.
John Balen, promotion director for partner magazines Shape and Men’s Fitness, said: "It’s easy to understand why consumers today would want a vacation that allows them to feel good while having a good time."
He added that the magazine was happy to unite again with Carnival Cruises to provide the Mind/Body cruise offer.
Shape magazine is the top-selling active lifestyle publication for women in the US, while Men’s Fitness includes information on sports and nutrition for men aged 18 to 34.
