The Carnival Conquest has emerged following an extensive renovation, which includes the addition of a number of new staterooms and facilities.
Operated by Carnival Cruise Lines, the 2,974-passenger ship has also had a new Circle C club installed for children on the lido deck.
Camp Carnival and Club O2 facilities were updated as part of the makeover, with new high-tech sound and lighting systems, plasma TVs, a touch-screen jukebox and the latest games consoles.
A number of balconies have been added to some of the ship’s existing ocean view staterooms.
The ship has also been fitted with a new ‘Seaside Theatre’ area, featuring a 270-square-foor LED screen, which will be used to show major sporting events, concerts, movies and a ‘Morning Show’, hosted by the ship’s cruise director.
Carnival Conquest currently operates year-round sailings of the western Caribbean, stopping at destinations such as Montego Bay, Key West, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
