Booking Begins On Carnival Spendor Voyages

Carnival Cruises has announced that the latest addition to its fleet - the Carnival Splendor - has begun to accept bookings for its Caribbean cruises and trips to northern Europe for 2008.
With the 3,006-passenger liner due to enter service in July next year, Carnival Cruises reports that you can book 12-day trips to Europe, or instead opt for 16-day journeys across the Atlantic and seven-day trips to the Caribbean.
Fans of Mediterranean cruises need not miss out, as the Carnival Splendor embarks on a one-off trip to the region on September 11th 2008.
Bob Dickinson, president and chief executive officer of Carnival Cruises, said: "With its numerous onboard innovations as well as a diverse array of itineraries… we expect unprecedented demand for Carnival Splendor’s 2008 cruise season."
He added that modern travellers on cruise holidays look for a mix of affordability with top-quality trips that provide an unforgettable holiday experience.
The Carnival Splendor offers passengers the use of a 40,000 square foot spa and a 5,500 square foot children’s playroom, with seven itineraries available to book with your travel agent now.
