Action-packed Shore Adventures From Ocean Village Cruises

Ocean Village Cruises has announced new shore excursions for its passengers travelling to the Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America.

Describing the excursions as "action-packed" and designed for "adrenalin junkies", Ocean Village Cruises reveals that cruisers can look forward to aerial adventures such as zip-wire riding, quad biking, horse riding and kite-surfing.

Meanwhile more cruisers with a more tranquil outlook can enjoy lazing on the beaches or visiting the Mayan pyramid complex at Chichen Itza in Mexico.

"We’ve put together an adrenaline-powered Action Ashore programme for our new 14-night itineraries out of Montego Bay. How many of us have explored a tropical cave system from the comfort of a floating inner tube, for instance?" asked Gill Haynes, head of marketing communications for Ocean Village Cruises.

Excursions are available in Costa Rica, Ocho Rios, Montego Bay, Belize, Mexico, Roatan and Grand Cayman.
