Prepare for a travel itinerary which will allow you to take in Tahiti, Hawaii and Vietnam, along with Alaska, Russia, China, Japan and South Korea.
This is truly a voyage for adventurers, with all the luxurious details you’d expect from Princess Cruises.
It is the longest-ever cruise deal offered from Australian P&O Cruises and perfect for those wishing to relax with a fly cruise.
Furthermore, the Sun Princess superliner - the largest cruise ship ever based in Australia year-round - makes a fabulous setting for the journey.
She will make her maiden voyage, the first ever Grand Pacific World Cruise, from Sydney on July 14th 2008.
Acting managing director of Princess Cruises in Australia Dean Brown described the journey as a "dream trip" showcasing "many amazing destinations around the Pacific".
"All passengers need to do is unpack once and relax aboard their big floating resort until a new port appears on the horizon. And with a total of 42 days cruising between ports, passengers will have lots of time to enjoy the good life at sea," he added.
Meanwhile, Princess Cruises boutique liner Pacific Princess is to come to Europe next year, debuting in the Mediterranean, where she will take holidaymakers to unspoilt, lesser-known destinations such as Albania, Montenegro, Croatia and Ukraine.
